We just finished our unit on probability and statistics this past Friday. The students enjoyed learning about probability through making predictions and investigating the probability of certain events using cubes, spinners, Skittles, and real world scenarios! They also enjoyed giving their classmates a survey about their favorite things and graphing their results on paper and on the computer!
The rest of the quarter will focus on the remaining objectives:
*Algebra, Patterns and Functions
*Measurement
*Exploring the operations of multiplication and division.
I will send home a parent preview as we begin each unit.
